We have created a specific course for women who are in their prenatal stages of pregnancy as well as postnatal recovery.

We use simple, safe and effective movements  that focus on retraining your motor patterns while developing strength, stability, and CONFIDENCE back into your body. 

These movements have been time tested and perfected by Dr. Konrad over the last 10 years.  Dr. Konrad has helped numerous prenatal and postnatal women retrain their movement patterns, decrease pain, and increase strength and functionality in their activities of daily life. 

Dr. Konrad Grzeszkowiak is a functional movement chiropractor and wellness advocate. He supported his wife thru her recovery after a surgical birth and a second time after a vaginal birth. His background as a competitive collegiate gymnast and performance enhancement specialist helps him apply his knowledge with all ages and fitness types.
