Dad's Foundational Movement Course

Dr. Konrad is a functional movement specialist and he uses his experience as a holistic sports chiropractor and collegiate gymnast to successfully coach you in mastering these fundamental movements. 


In this movement strategy course:

  • Demonstration by Dr. Konrad with cues to master the basic, intermediate, and functionally advanced movements that can be performed in each module. 

  • Training in real time with Dr. Konrad where he teaches the optimal flow of the movements you have learned.

  • BONUS! 25 minute COMPLETE Circuit Routine where you can train in real time ALL of the movements learned from all of the modules in one video. 


Mastering these movements will retrain the motor control patterns for upper and lower extremity mobility all while engaging the bracing necessary form the core to protect your spine and maximize strength.

You will develop a stronger core, more stability AND mobility in your shoulders and hips. You will start to be able to engage MORE into all planes of movement with confidence.

After some practice you will see that you can carry your children further with more ease. Recovery from weekend projects or long work days with occur more quickly.
